  i want to use cartesian dimensions , polar dimensions, lock base point in skectch mode.

  You can activate this options from here by selecting a point on a sketch you are editing or when you are skecting something its already activated:

  i want to use them in "Discovery". I think the content in the Discovery user's guide seems to have simply pasted the SpaceClaim information. This is because the option in question could not be used in Discovery.
