Hello,

I recently installed Discovery Live. I was trying the examples from the start page. The truck airflow example works fine, but strangely, the bracket example never finishes solving (the “pause” button in the bottom middle  glows alternating orange and grey.) Let me know if you want any further details, thanks!

I haven't seen this behavior before. 

In some cases, strange graphics issues can occur if the installation isn't able to configure all necessary files (i.e. Missing Areas of the UI).  Does your Windows user profile have full administrator privileges, and did you use Run as Administrator when performing the installation?

If you did not, I would recommend reinstalling the software.

Otherwise, it would be best to schedule a WebEx meeting to investigate further on your PC.

Upgrading to the latest version of Discovery Live (2019 R2) may resolve this issue.
