Hello,

I am encountering an issue where Discovery 2024 R2 is crashing quite quickly.  I attached a video of the symptoms I am encountering.  

Here's what I have done:
-Installed Ansys & license manager using ZIP packages from the website 
-Uninstalled after encountering this issue

-Installed again using the automated installer

-Updated gpu drivers
-tried importing using .sldprt, parasolid, and stl

-entirely remade 

-Disabled Dedicated graphics in device manager 

-Reinstalled windows using windows update utility (reinstalles fresh windows install without losing files)

None of these fixed the issue

 

Side note, the samples in discovery work fine.  

What should I do to fix crashing?

Does this only happen with one model that you import?
Or does it happen with every part that you import?
