As per the title, I would like to know how to estimate the diffusion speed as in the 2 figures. 
Is there an option I can use in Ansys or do you suggest other methods?

There may not be a way to do it, but how would you define the diffusion velocity mathematically?  The derivative of Average Temperature vs Time?

I solved the problem by creating a script in MatLab that correlated the average temperature with time, using an equation to calculate the thermal velocity (considering all steps).
