Hugo GHAFARI
SubscriberHello,
I am using Ansys Fluent 2024R1 to optimize my rear wing for the Formula Student. To optimize it, I've defined some points to simulate, with the aim to maximize downforces. Once, all the points are simulated with the k-w SST model, I got results as for example 340.07N for one configuration. But, when I just relauch the analysis, the value of downforce change to 324N, and I don't understand why.
I tried everything to fix this problem :
Refining mesh near the wall, using the y+ calculator. (I just check that my y+ is still high around 20, instead of 1 and I don't know why...)
Expanding my fluid domain.
Expand iterations (because the solution doesn't converge well).
I put some pictures here.
Thank you very much for your help.
