Different orthogonal quality

  I created mesh in Fluent Meshing. Then I used Auto node move to impove orthogonal quality and got orthogonal quality about 0.16. I went to Fluent, checked mesh quality and orthogonal quality was 0.03. This wasn't first time when I had that problem. Sometime quality is same sometimes different. Have You a idea what's going on?
