HI all,

I am curious about the discrepancies when getting the mass and the center of mass.
Initially i had tried getting the mass from geometry, and define a coordinate system at the center of mass.
When looking at the solver output, i saw that the mass and the center of mass are slightly different.

Although the discrepancies are small, just wondering what is the reason behind?

Hi

One is based on the Mechanical geometry (faces, bodies,..), and the other on the FE mesh so I suppose there could be differences because of that.
