Dialog box display error

  I am a beginner and currently working on Section 5.2. Could someone explain why, when I click the arrow to change the selection, it does not behave as shown in the textbook?

  Please try In Mechanical: "File > Options > UI Options > Engineering Data -> Mechanical View" = None.
