Determining the Pull-Out Force of a Steel Wire from Rubber

I'm just learning how to use Ansys, so I hope for your understanding. Maybe someone has struggled with a similar problem and can help me. I want to determine the pull-out force of a steel wire from rubber (material model: Mooney-Rivlin, 2-parameter). From what I understand, Fracture -> Contact Debonding should be used between the elements to simulate the separation of the wire from the rubber. However, I can't add it— is there another way to determine this force? Or perhaps a different approach to solving this problem? As I said, I hope for your understanding.

      Hi,
Maybe you can go through this video and make sure you have included all the components in the model (like defining CZM Material, using appropriate contact settings etc.) : ANSYS Mechanical: Delamination Analysis using Contact Debonding
I suspect some definitions might be missing due to which you are unable to add Fracture > Contact Debinding option.

      Hope this helps.
