      Good afternoon, does anyone know why I can't get 3 bodies in this case of concentric cylinders? I want to make it look like this in image 2.

      You will have to create another sketch. You can copy and paste the edges from one sketch to another and extrude it to create the third body

      Its more common to create a sketch with a single loop and use that for extrude. I see that it supports multiple loops, but the loops have to be disconnected.
