Deformation clamped plate – error from analytical

I have a question regarding deformation for a clamped square plate. I have a geometry of 6*6 mm and a thickness of 0.2mm. I fix all the four edges as seen in the picture and give a pressure of 0.2MPa. I am interested in calculating max deformation.

Please try to perform a mesh convergence study (Finite Element Analysis Convergence and Mesh Independence (xceed-eng.com)) and check how the results are changing with mesh refinement.
Also turning ON "large deformation" may help

      Regards Saumadeep

Analytical equations for simple shapes almost never account for nonlinear effects so the results from an ANSYS numerical simulation are going to be closer to the analytical answer if you leave Large Deflection turned OFF.
