Defining Surface Pressure as functions

      Hello everyone,

      I'm working on a storage tanks whose loads are hydrostatic pressure and self-weight at the first Load Step, and a hydrodynamic load at the second Load Step. This hydrodynamic load not only depends on diameter and height of the tank, but also on the location of nodes (X,Y,Z). I used a polar coordinate system and defined the load from a external data file (I'm using around 800 arguments as input for each imported pressure), but now I need to define these loads based on command snippets from workbench in order to parameterize this simulations. Does anyone have any advice?, SFFUN function might work? how may I parameterize using external data? I'd appreciate any feedback from this

      Thank you for your comment, however the problem is much further than that.nI can parameterize the geometry, and the height for the hydrostatic as well. I have already done that, as you can see the images below (where I got a surface response). The problem is, that those results are dependent on the external data file which is fixed beacuse it is not parameterized. So the question is how may I define a pressure which is a function of (X, Y and Z) in a polar coordinate system. I cannot use tabular from workbench an select Z as independent variable because I cannot use a mathematical equation there, that place is for constant values. So what any options do I have? any opinions about this??nn
