Forum ModeratorAnsys staff can not download images/files on the student portal, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert the images inline describing your problem. You can also upload the model to the drive (if it can not be uploaded in the attachments) and give a link here for other members of the community to look at.

SubscriberI recommend you change the shape of the flat part at the bottom so it is not tangent to the large cylinder that is above it. That spike shape on the surface inevitably leads to poor element shapes or meshing problems as you can see. I recommend you move the end of the flat a short distance to the left to eliminate the tangent condition and do the same at the other end.

SubscriberHere are the directions for attaching. The Attach button only appears AFTER you post your reply.
Note that ANSYS staff are not permitted to download attachments, so attaching your archive is only useful if a non-ANSYS member takes an interest in opening your archive and offering advice.
You have done a good job inserting images so that ANSYS staff can advise you based on what they can see in your post.

Forum ModeratorInstead of using Multizone try with the Sweep method and see if that helps.
and As peteroznewman mentioned, we are not allowed to download files. so can't work on your actual model, but can only give suggestions.
To get rid of the worst quality elements in the bottom part, you will need to either refine the mesh a lot or get rid of the almost tangency as Peter has mentioned. For the OGrid that you are cutting, I would use it as a last resort if default mesh with the sweep is too bad. I would first check the strategy that I mentioned in my first response. You can cut the bodies using cylindrical faces and arbitrary planes, right? Note I am not asking to split face using lines, I am asking to split bodies using surfaces.
