SubscriberHi there, I would need to create a custom time signal to give as an electrical signal input to a MZM in Lumerical INTERCONNECT, is there any way to do this? I have found information online for custom signals only in FDTD and MODE but not in INTERCONNECT.
Â
Kind regards,

Ansys EmployeeHi Peter Kincaid,
Â
Thank you for the post. You can use this model to import the arbitratry electrical waveform to INTERCONNECT: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036619933-Piecewise-Linear-Import-FROM-PWL-INTERCONNECT-Element. The model takes in a .txt file that has two columns of [time waveform].Â
