Hello,
Our two customers have an activation problem by Curl error (4) below. So, they are unable to use Discovery 2021R1.
  The message is "Curl Error (4) A requested feature, protocol or option was not found built-in in this libcurl due to a build-time decision. - Unsupported proxy 'https://username:password@proxy-server:8080', libcurl is built without the HTTPS-proxy support."

They set "HTTPS_PROXY" as system environment variable and "https://proxy server:8080" (one customer set "https://proxy server:8080" and another one set "https://username:password@proxy server:8080") as the value. They also added "ansysls_client.exe" in antivirus exception list and firewall.

What should they do/check in next? Would you let me know?
I have received ".ansys" folder from one. So, I can send it to you.

And I will send the files of another customers after receive them, too.

The customer seems to be using a .pac file for their proxy configuration. We currently do not support this proxy method.
