critical error occurs during the installation student version 2025r2

  hi there!
  i have downloaded the ansys student version 2025R2 from the official website of ansys
  my laptop is of windows 11 and 12 gb ram with ssd
  while installation it stops at 0% and showing a kinda crirical error
  if i just close this and proceed it stops at 99% and showming error and freezing the website
  i have tried swtiching off my antivirus for some time and so and so
  could u please help me with that
