Creating multiple SPH parts in Autodyn

  Hi all, nI am trying to model a hypervelocity impact using Autodyn. I have a simple plate target and a sphere projectile. I am trying to model both using SPH, and have successfully modelled the sphere using SPH nodes, but when I try to model the plate as well I get an error message saying Cannot create multiple SPH parts.nThis old pdf http:/oss.jishulink.com/caenet/forums/upload/2008/01/27/7928171817357.pdfby Century Dynamics seems to be able to do it (page 67). Does anyone know what I'm dong wrong? nThanksnCn

  You don't need to have multiple SPH parts. You only need to create a single SPH part with multiple objects using Create/Modify Predef Objects. nOne object is the plate and the other one is the sphere.
