SubscriberHi guys,
I´ve got a question regarding my current model in PyANSYS:
I want to model a tapared roller bearing including rollers, inner ring and outer ring. I have modeled both rings and one roller.
Now I want to copy that one roller by creating a pattern of a defined angle. Therefore, I want to create the other 15 rollers by a pattern, without modelling each individual roller.
I know there is the VGEN command that creates additional volumes from a pattern of volumes.
But how can I implement an angle instead of x- and y-coordinates.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
herttim

Forum Moderatorwouldn't that be based on the conversion of polar coordinate system to the cartesian coordinate system?
