Creating a conical shape with an angle specification is no problem; it works with the pull function. Unfortunately, this doesn't work for a hole.

Does anyone have an idea how I can create a conical hole with an angle specification?

Hello Christian, 

Please follow the steps below to create a conical hole:

First create a sketch like with specific angle:

Then use revolve about an axis for that surface (cut option) it will create a cone:
