Cp & Convergence Problem

      I am working on Archimedes WInd Turbine. I am using Transient Flow but I am getting ever increasing Cp w.r.t to TSR. I have attached the convegence pic. Solution is not converging. What could be the Problem?? Need Guidance. Thanks in Advance.
