Coupling Maxwell to Mechanical via Workbench for Transient Structural Simulation

      Hi,

      I'm trying to carry out a transient structural simulation using an imported load from Maxwell, however I either get an error saying that the imported load is not valid for this solution type when coupling via workbench or that the imported data is inavlid if I export the Maxwell results file and import it as an external load.

      Does anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome this?

      Hello,

      Can you export the data from Maxwell in a data or .csv file format? The data should have details of load along with x,y, and z locations for load application. Then this file can be imported into External Data and the External Data module can be linked to Transient Structural Analysis to import the data at relevant time points.
