Coupling Analysis of Heat and Electricity

I want to simulate a thermoelectric cooler with a size of about 5 cm*5 cm and a thickness of about 1 nm.

Is there any suitable solver in Ansys that can solve my problem?

If so, can you give me some examples?

You can use a Thermal-Electric module to carry out coupled analysis.

Hi,

 I have used this module, but because my scale in the thickness direction is too small (1 nm), I cannot use it for simulations.
Do you have any other suggestions?

As many of us have said these are the only modules and elements (sold226) that you can use.
