I wanted to know how we can change the orientation of the axes in ansys (either in modal or design modeler or spaceclaim). I have to enter the value of forces in a direction which requires the orientation of axes. I need to orient my axes parallel to one of my parts. I would be very thankful to you for your responses.

For the Origin, use the vertex tool and pick the corner.

Click on Principal Axis Define By and pick Hit Point Normal.

Then click a face you want the X axis to be normal to.

Then click the Click to Change button.
