convergence problem in static structural with analysing composite matreial

  Hello all,
  I am analysing a stiffened composite panel under 15 mm displacement for months and with all of them i got the convergance problem.
  once I've increased the substeps to 1500initial,1500minimum and 3000 max, and this gave me the results;
  but the size of the folder of ansys file goes up to 80GB.
  I have done the analysis with three different version.(2023,2020,18.2)
  now I am running 18.2.
  please help me with this.

  What errors do you get in the solver output? Have you checked if the contacts are established using the contact tool? what are your boundary conditions?

  You finally got results and there is 80 GB of rst files. Why do you care how large the files are? You didn't run out of storage. Did this model run to completion?
