I’m working on a simple transient simulation of air flow inside a 10 cm diameter horizontal pipe with an injection of a small particles. When I increase the injection particles mass flow rate from 15 gm/s to 25 gm/s, the solution convergence changes so much as in the picture. How could this happen and what is its reason?

Odd this wasn't picked up by the checks on our side, possibly bumping after 12 hours mucked up the script.
You're adding more mass so it's possible the solver is picking up the greater source terms. How does the flow field look, and how does the particle mass & volume fraction compare to the fluid flow? Have you checked the fluxes, and how to the results look?
