Why I cannot see the contact information for my contacts?

The thunderbolt sign near the "initial information" represents that the cell is ready to be solved, and it is not solved yet. Once you solve it, the sign changes to a green checkmark, indicating that the results are available.

There are some limitations and restrictions, on not following these might lead to these errors. You can refer to the document for the guidelines - Limitations and Restrictions for Model Assembly (ansys.com) and make sure you are following them.
