Connection issue

  Hello,
  I have created a virtual desktop and I was able to connect it. I entered the license server information for the application during setup.
  At virtual desktop, I checked the licensing information. It was all correct.
  When I started my simulation using LS-Run, I received a connection problem message (licence server system).
  Then, I learned that connecting to on-Prem licensing could be enabled by use of a VPN.
  When I tried it, I lost connection to the Virtual desktop.
  What else should I try? Please help.

  Hi,
  Please launch Ansys Licensing Settings and check if information entered in license server option is correct (click on test button it should show a green checkmark).
  Click on Feature in Use tab and check if all increments are visible if not share the screenshot of error.
