Hi
I get this error in my license while I could run a model earlier. Suddenly this error showed up. I did all these steps but nothing resolved. Two times uniinstalled every ansys products and fully installed them again, including my license manager. Added expemtions to firewall. Checked my ansyslmd.ini and there was no shaing web thing there. Would really appreciate it to help me relove this? my other ansys products work perfectly fine like LSDYNA only Fluent has an issue???I have an academic license and I am a single user. and I have never set up any shared web

Hi Karimi,
Rename the Ansys folder (%appdata%) to Ansys.old, .fluentconfig folder (C/Users/username) to .fluentconfig.old, .cfx to .cfx.old to clear configuration. Also, while launching the fluent application click on RESET (fluent launcher utility) and then start it.
If same issue occurs then go to .ansys folder %temp%, open the file named as fluent.out and scroll all the way down to check the error.
