Communication and pipe errors

  Hello,
  
  One of my users is getting communication and broken pipe errors when running a simulation.
  
  I've included a screenshot of the error window.
  
  The errors include:
  - Communication failure
  - process hf3d exited with code 149
  - System error no 32, broken pipe
  - execution error on server
  Any help that you can provide is appreciated.
  
  Ansys HFSS version 19.1
  
  OS: RHEL 7.6 x86_64

  Can you please post the user's 'Configuration Details' listed in the 'HPC Options' dialog?
