SubscriberIn the framework of a magnetostatic analysis, the inductance of a coil alone in space takes on one value, but when the coil is enclosed by a solid conductor, the inductance changes. Although I have set an insulating boundary for the coil faces, since the coil (inner) and the solid conductor (outer) are in contact, why does its inductance change?
