Hello,
I have an issue with cogging torque simulation for PMSM machine. I'm getting the ondulation of the cogging torque but it's average value is not equal to zero.
Can you please tell me what should I do?

Hello Jaafar,
Please check the below points in your model.
- rotate the rotor at a speed of 1deg per second, excite the coil with current =0A or non model the coils
- improve the meshing in the airgap ,the rotor outer diameter and stator inner diameter area
- improve the time step to capture the torque variation

Hello Reshmi,
I did all of this steps and yet I don't get the good results. There is always an offset in the cogging torque.
