Circular Pattern problem

I draw a sketch and i want to stay in sketch mode when i am creating a circular pattern but when i click the circular pattern button spaceclaim automaticly creates surfaces with my sketch. How can i stay in sketch mode when i am creating the circular pattern?

btw i use 2025 R2 student edition

Hello, 

You will need to turn this Layout curves option on when sketcking and then go with circular pattern.

Firstly thank you for your answer let me give you more information, i am working on auxetic structure parametricly and i cannot reach some measurements right now like R of the big circle and to escape the calculations i want to set a constraint between legs which are marked with red circle. Is there any way set constraints here i want to make them parallel and coincedent?
