什么样的平面波需要你自定义呢? 这种标准光源最好用软件自带的,包括用周期边界条件支持的理想平面波,局部平面波TFSF和加硬光阑的衍射“平面波”都有。
既然自己定义,你应该可以将入射角加进去。

我是根据平面波的场方程来定义了一个沿x传播,电场沿y方向的一个平面波。入射角这一部分我不知道该怎么来进行代码调整,我尝试通过设置电场Ex、Ey、Ez的不同分量来模拟特定入射角,但是并没有得到对应结果

你没有回答什么样的平面波需要你自定义呢? 既然你能定义就应该能加入射角。这是理论问题,你仔细想一想。
