There was a defect in release Chemkin 23.1 where an error in a different reaction would incorrectly report PLOG errors for PLOG reactions. This is supposed to be fixed in Chemkin 23.2. Your output file for the post-processing may show another error besides the one for the PLOG reactions. If you fix this error, the PLOG reaction error should go away too.
