I've just installed the new version of chemkin student, but I'm having a problem when I run any calculation. This message appears in the output file:

“ERROR: could not get a license

Flexlm error report:

No FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license found for feature HPC Parallel.

            FNP license path: C:\Us\user\AppData\LocalTemp\\968a264b-4f1a-465c-8265-4f3743a02784

No such feature exists.

Feature: anshpc

License path: C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\\968a264b-4f1a-465c-8265-4f3743a02784;

FlexNet Licensing error:-5,357”

I've never encountered this problem before. I've seen on other posts that this problem has been encountered by others but I haven't found a solution. I've read that it could come from the maximum number of cores that can be used on the student version, which is 4, but I don't know how to limit this number in the software. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall with administrator rights the software but still I have the same issue. I never had any issues on the previous version of Ansys Student. Please help me.

Hello Adnane,

Please try the following:

Can you please set the ‘Number of Parameter Study Runs to Run in Parallel’ to 1 and re-run your case? 
Does this allow the case to run?

It didn't fix the issue, I still have the same error.
