首先你需要分解出射光为TE和TM, 至于哪个是TE哪个是TM,你可以根据你原先设置的光源定, 参见

假设入射是Ex,那么Ey就是你需要的。但是,因为透镜有聚焦作用,你用近场结果是否可以需要自己决定,如果用近场可能需要对焦面上的强度做积分平均,再求比例。
或者是将出射光分解为TE和TM的功率计算,可能更好一些,这是我个人的看法。
如果是圆偏振,简单的方法就是分解为(Ex+-jEy)/sqrt(2) 得到两个偏振的场,然后按上述建议处理。

您说的 “将出射光分解为TE和TM的功率”,请问从监视器里分别查看Ex方向的abs^2和Ey方向的abs^2,可以代表TE方向的功率和TM方向的功率吗?

平面波可以,其它情况最好用Poynting 矢量分解,积分后得到功率。具体请参考Poyinting公式。不过这是理论问题啊,你需要琢磨一下。
