i have a setup with 22 bolts and bolt preloads.

how can i change the value (load size, lock step) of all the preloads at once?

Hey,

Select all bolt pretensions, then select the step for the below graph. Then in the details panel, use the define by option to define the load or lock all at once.

The tabular entries are for a specific pretension only whereas the modifications in Detail window applies to all selections simultanepusly. You may select all the 22 pretensions simultaneoulsy and can thereafter cumulatively modify them through the "Details window" as shown below.

Set the current load step to next higher load step under Analysis settings and follow the same approach to modify pretension value for all the selected bolts simultaneously for subsequent load steps.
