Hello there, im new to Ansys CFD so just a quick clarification from anyone out there. I have a pipe geometry of a shape "S" with an orifice sensor at the inlet. The issue is i had given the diameter of pipe, orifice in millimeter(unit) which i was supposed to give in micrometer. So can i change the parameter now. I tried to do so but some warning is poped up saying some edges and radius values have zero length and will be deleted. Any help here??

If you have the CAD built you can scale in the solver. CAD kernels and microns tend not to mix well so it's also a good idea to scale up to build the geometry and back down in the Fluent solver.Â

I suspect the existing path is breaking the tolerance if you set that in microns. Ie the curves etc have collapsed.Â

Other than build in mm and scale?Â
