How to change my account email and username in my ANSYS Account  on the page    https://myaccount.ansys.com/account

 

Solution provided in help doesn't work due to wrong http address http://ansys.online/profile

 

To update your ANSYS Account profile information, go to http://ansys.online/profile. Sign in to your ANSYS Account, then edit the fields as desired

Email address cannot be changed once it has been registered. You will have to register using new email and create a new account.

In that case it is possible to delete current account?

kres_nxt I will check it and let you know. However, I don't see any reason for deleting your current account. You can just create a new account and start using it and leave the existing account as it is.

There doesn't seem an option for deleting an account once created. So as mentioned earlier,  just create a new account and start using it and leave the existing account as it is.
