CFX , Application failed to connect

      I've problem with ansys student 2023R2 ,I've created the geometry and then after meshing (update already) ,click setup => edit ,I've this error popup,Please help me I need to turn in my project next week,Thanks

      Hi,

      If you encounter this error, please try the following and see.

      Close Ansys completely.

      Open My Computer.

      Navigate to the address bar and type %appdata%, then press enter.

      Locate the folder named Ansys and rename it to Ansys.bak.

      Launch Workbench again; a new Ansys folder will be created automatically.

      Retry the operation that led to the issue.

      If the problem is resolved, it is safe to delete the Ansys.bak folder.

        Thanks for helping ,but the problem not solve.Getting the same error.
