I'm trying to set up fluent for the biforcating artery modeling exercise but when I go to set up the material more specifically the viscosity it does not give me an option to use the Carrueau model in the drop down. I have tried changing the viscosity from turbulent to laminar and it still isnt working so I'm unsure if I'm doing something wrong in terms of changing the viscosity or what my problem is. If i cant use the Carreau model is there a way to simulate it using one of the other models?

If you've turned turbulence off (ie laminar) you should see nonNewtonian viscosity options in the materials panel. What are you seeing? Screen grab please.
