Ansys EmployeeIt appears that TD is version 24.1 (or 2024 R1) and your License Settings is version 2023 R2. I don't think you're looking at the right license settings. Try and locate the License Settings version 2024 R1. Double check to make sure you installed Workbench 2024 R1 and not Workbench 2023 R2. This could be another reason why you're seeing the License Settings at version 2023 R2.

Ansys EmployeeHi,
With the Ansys 2024r1 license client, can you verify that you see Ansys Thermal Desktop licenses available in the "View Flexnet Licenses" list?
There is a chance the issue is related to an Autocad Workbench Plugin, if you look in your start menu, you can use the following,
to uninstall the Autocad Plugin.
