Can’t open Ansys APDL

  Hi everyone, I installed Ansys Student v232 (2023 R2). I can launch Mechanical APDL product launcher but when i press run i get the error Ordina 2268 not found in thedynamic library. It then lists a path to the file dmumps.dll which is present in the listed path.
  I already reinstalled the software various time even removing the ansys folder after unistalling from C:.
  I then repaired all visual studio c++ redistributables. I don't know what else to do.
  Could it be my gpu that is not nvidia?
  All my PC components
  Intel i7 4000 serie
  16gb ram
  Amd rx590 8gb vram
  Ssd for harddrive.

  This can happen if another application adds a different version (usually older version) of files to C:\Windows\System or C:\Windows\System32
  please check for the .dll files listed below in the 2 folders above
  
  cilkrts20.dll
  ifdlg100.dll
  libchkp.dll
  libicaf.dll
  libifcoremd.dll
  libifcoremdd.dll
  libifcorert.dll
  libifcorertd.dll
  libifportmd.dll
  libiomp5md.dll
  libiompstubs5md.dll
  libirngmd.dll
  libmmd.dll
  libmmdd.dll
  libmpx.dll
  svml_dispmd.dll
  
  try renaming the extension from .dll to .vll or something for a test
  
  then try launching MAPDL
