Can’t get Workbench to run no matter what, already reinstalled

As title says, just finished installing a fresh install of Ansys 2024 R1, and I cant get to run Workbench or any other of the products at all, I'm attaching images at the bottom.

      I already tried:
      - Reinstalling the full ansys package (2024 R1) in the default installation directory
      - Repairing and installing Microsoft Visual C++ all runtimes, did it twice and I have VC++ runtimes up to date in this computer
      - Tried other solutions in this forum regarding this issue to no luck
      - It should be noted that I'm running on a GT730 gpu in the computer I need to install Ansys in, I've read somewhere that outdated Nvidia drivers can cause an issue

I'm desperate for help, I'm willing to provide any futher details or elaborate if necessary, thanks in advance

What happens if you change the Operating System to English?
If that does not work, what is the output from running the following command:

      Open a DOS Command prompt
      Type in:
      set>set.out
please post the contents of the file set.out

It seems like your GT730 GPU might be causing compatibility issues, so I recommend updating your Nvidia drivers to the latest version. Make sure your system meets Ansys 2024 R1's minimum requirements, as older hardware could struggle with newer software. Try running Workbench as an administrator and check the Event Viewer for any error logs that might provide more details. Additionally, temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall to rule out any software conflicts. If none of these steps work, reaching out to Ansys support would be a good next step.
