Cannot open Design Modeler in Workbench 2022R2

  I no longer can open design modeler in workbench. eg: I am creating a new CFX project, and there is no option to creat a new geometry in the right click menu, I cannot even edit old geometry and get a license error when attempting to open a mesh.
  The problem remains after 3 fresh installs of Ansys Student. How can I fix this?

  Uninstall 2022 R2.
  rename the directory: c:\program files\Ansys Inc to Ansys Inc.old.
  Redownload the software.
  unzip the download.
  Reinstall the software by right-clicking on setup.exe and choosing: more->run as administrator
  Now try to open DesignModeler
