Thanks for reaching out to Ansys for your query. I must say, that's an interesting one.
Firstly, you definitely should use Ansys tools for simulation of any component design before prototyping be it a resistor, capacitor, inductor, transistor etc. Ansys has a vast portfolio of tools right from the die level all the way up to a system level for helping designers realize their concept into products and finally go to production with those designs.Â
Having said that, the models that you see in the component library of the Ansys Circuit designer are primarily for simulation purposes and these models can be used to closely emulate the physical device in the simulation. Several controllables are provided in these models which allow the designer to vary the quantity of interest as per the demands of the application.
Hope that answers your query.

Hello Julio,
Those models as is do not represent directly manufacturable components. Rather the default settings of those models are based on maintaing compatibility with other SPICE style circuit simulators and are not based on any specific components. Normally the process goes the opposite of what you are talking about where vendors will extra those parameters from the real word devices and provided them in data sheets that you can use to populate the component valeus, or in self contained SPICE models.
Best regards,
