I can not log in to ansys learning hub.

Have you waited some minutes and tried again? The site is up (I checked), but there may be some back end work going on at present.

Yes, I have tried several times in the last five days and it is the same message.

OK. The site is up, but as I log in via Ansys internal I don't actually see the page. There should be a Contact Us / Help option on the initial page.

I have the same problem. Is there any information when this back end works will be finished?

I don't. Please use the Help on the log in page as I can't do anything from here.

I filled out the contact us form twice. Nobody reached out to me. Should I just call a ansys office near me?

Did you use your Uni email address on the form?

OK, please email training@ansys.com from the registered email address. Note, the system does tend to reject gmail/yahoo/hotmail etc accounts so please check that too.

The system gave me the same message before I obtain ALH access license. Maybe you gys just do not have a license to get ALH.

I am also facing the same issue not able to access the website, please help need to access the badges.

The ALH needs a subscription, do you have one? If you mean AIS certificates when did you try?

I tried accessing the website for my subscription, is there any other way for the subscription, beacause even the free courses on AIS need the subscription just for acessing the badges. I have been tring previus week and before that to access the certificate, evertime i click on the market cadfem it redirects agan to AIS website, please help

What does it take to have access to the learning hub?  We have an academic license. I have an Ansys ID, but I can’t seem to access the learning hub.

The ALH is a separate subscription, typically on a user level although whole sites can purchase access. There should be a Help option on the sign in page and that team can advise: I don't have access to that part of the system.
