SubscriberHi, can I use the Fluent software with the Ansys Free Student license to develop the simulations needed in my master's thesis and shown the results?
It's there any posibilities to publish those results on a paper?
Thanks for your response and help

Forum ModeratorYes and no. You can use Student to learn how to use the software to then do your project work. However, publications should use the licenced software, /forum/forums/topic/use-of-ansys-fluent-student-version-for-academic-research/Â Â

SubscriberThank you very much for your help.
Just to be clear... I can only use Ansys Free Student to do my project work and show it in the document of the project, not on a research paper. am I understood correctly?

Forum ModeratorPretty much. Student is there to use to learn, for publications etc you need the University licenced software.Â
