      Modeling and simulation of roughness on the surface of metal parts, and then dynamic analysis, roughness is a micron level model, equivalent to the establishment of micron model on the millimeter scale for dynamic analysis, may I ask is it feasible, can be made? How should the grid be divided

      I am not sure on how to do this but if you do an internet search then you may find the following paper to be relevant: Methods for Generating Rough Surfaces in ANSYS.
