      Hello
Ansys employees can not open attachments (you could add the msg, inline in your next post if you would like us to see them).
Also can you provide some more info if you are using ANSYS apdl or Workbench mechanical - I would suggest to use WB as it is easier to learn especially if you are new to Ansys. And any other facts that might help.

      All the best

As suggested see a course/video in ANsys for rotordynamics and try to do some simple models as in these videos:

We are not allowed to open attachments - perhaps someone else can and will be able to help - again see the course shown above in order to get started with this type of analysis.

All the best and good luck

I've performed this simulation before but after wiping my computer, downloading the most recent Ansys workbench & Mechanical Apdl 2021 R1 I'm now having a tough time getting Campbell diagram data.
"The error I'm getting is Campbell Diagram data is not complete. Please refer to ANSYS output file for possible causes." The following information is what I deduced after outputting the file from the solution branch (Write input file) and looking through the error file which says "there's no data related to the campbell diagram. Please use PLCAMP & PRCAMP commands before using *Get command. This message makes me believe I need to conduct solving the solutions with apdl commands.
I've been following closely this youtube video regarding ansys rotordynamic simulation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHDY6Z92GE4&t=607s

Here is a youtube video of my current situation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVofZGmcKbw
